Treasurer: collects chapter dues and funds, submits a copy of new/renewing
membership form to the membership officer and the original to the director to
file, manages all chapter funds, oversees the preparation of all chapter tax
responsibilities, reports financial transactions to members monthly, submits
annual financial statement to H.O.G. national, ensures charitable contributions
are managed according to H.O.G. guidelines and maintains a comparison of
previous to current years finances for annual meeting.
